Teen Booklist ( road trip edition pt 1.)

Hello! For those of you who got excited when you saw that this was a booklist, thank you! For those of you who are just looking at this post because you're bored then you can stay I guess (jkjk). Road trips can be a lot of fun when you have a good book with you. (I actually sometimes feel sick when I read a book in the car, so make sure to bring a snack with you if that helps). Books can be a way to transport yourself into a different world while sitting on a seat in your car.

These books might be in a different genre than you read. That's ok! Try out some different genres and who knows. Maybe you will like these and then a whole new book world will be opened to you.

Alright let's get into it!

1. The Bible

Road trips are a great time to read your Bible. If you are kind of not sure which book to read I recommend Psalms, Proverbs, or one of the Gospels.

2. The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien

It's really nice to listen to this book on audio so I suggest that.

3.  Once a Queen by Sarah Arthur

I just finished this book and it was pretty good! It came out this year (2024), and my mom told me she heard it was going to be a trilogy so if you like it then you might have to wait a bit for the next book 😭. If you are into fantasy, check this one out.

4. The Chronicles of Narnia

Fantasy is really fun to read on a road trip, and this is a fantasy classic.

5. Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Babbit

One of my all time favs.

6. Bridge to Terabithia by Katherine Paterson

I hope that you guys have fun in the car now that you have good books to read! Comment a booklist idea if you have one! Have fun!
